Cancellation Policy
At Hotel Nature Valley, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to maintain clarity and fairness for both guests and the property.
Standard Cancellation Policy
Cancellation timelines are calculated based on the check-in date and must be communicated before 12:00 PM (IST) on the applicable day.
10 days or more before check-in
- Full refund of the booking amount.
- (Payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted.)
5 to 9 days before check-in
- 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Remaining 50% will be refunded after applicable deductions.
Less than 5 days before check-in (0–4 days)
- 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- No refund will be issued.
No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation:
- The reservation will be treated as a No-Show
- 100% of the booking amount will be charged
- No refund will be applicable
Early Check-Out Policy
If a guest decides to leave before the confirmed departure date:
- No refunds or credits will be issued for unused nights
- The full booking amount remains payable
Modification Policy
Changes include date, room type, or number of rooms.
10 days or more before check-in
Modifications may be allowed without penalty, subject to availability and rate difference.
Less than 10 days before check-in
- Modifications may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking
- Applicable cancellation charges may apply
Force Majeure
In case of events beyond control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.):
Hotel Nature Valley may, at its discretion:
- Offer rescheduling
- Provide a credit voucher for future stay
- Consider partial refunds after necessary deductions
Valid proof may be required for such requests.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method only
- Transaction or bank charges are non-refundable
Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable
In such cases, the full amount will be forfeited upon cancellation
General Terms
- All cancellation or modification requests must be made in writing
- This policy applies to all direct and authorized bookings
- By confirming a reservation, guests agree to these terms
